Drivers sign in with a code by SMS, pick their vehicle, and start and end each trip on their phone. Time, place and distance are filled in for them.
Bulk upload
Already use a booking or fleet system that holds your trip details? Export your trips to Excel and upload them in one go. We check every trip and send it to the authority for you.
SDK & API integration
For larger fleets and software providers: connect your system to Limo Link and every trip is sent automatically as it happens, with no manual steps.

- When can I start?
- Limo Link officially launches on 15 November 2026. Join the waiting list and we’ll contact you that day to set up your company and fleet. The 14-day free trial and the special offer apply as normal.
- Who is Limo Link for?
- Licensed limousine companies in Abu Dhabi that need to link their trips to the authority’s system, from one car to large fleets.
- Which way of sending trips should I use?
- If you have no system, use the driver app. If you already keep trip details in a booking or fleet system, export them to Excel and use bulk upload. If you want everything automatic, connect your system through our SDK & API. You can use different ways for different sites.
- Is my data safe?
- Yes. All data is hosted and processed within the UAE, and encrypted at rest and in transit, including your trips, documents and authority credentials. Sign-in uses one-time codes, and every action is recorded in an audit trail.
- How does the free trial work?
- The 14-day trial starts when we approve your company. No credit card or payment is needed, and your first payment is due only when the trial ends, if you choose to continue.
- How is the price worked out?
- You pay per vehicle in your fleet. The number of vehicles sets your band (1–20 or 21–50), and that band’s price applies to every vehicle. For 51 to 100 vehicles, talk to us for a price made for your fleet. Pay monthly, or yearly with 2 months free. Prices exclude 5% VAT, and every invoice is a tax invoice.
- What is the special offer?
- Early customers pay AED 249 per vehicle for their whole first year (paid once for the year), instead of AED 29 a month. Normal prices apply from the second year.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime. On a monthly plan, you’re not charged after the current month.
- What do I need to get started?
- Your trade licence, your VAT certificate if you are VAT-registered, your fleet size and, after approval, your authority credentials. Vehicle and driver lists can be added later.
