Anatomy of this agent
An agent is instructions, skills, tools and knowledge. For each request it decides which of them to use; there is no fixed flow. Sensitive actions wait for a person’s approval.
Instructions (excerpt)
Every Monday, for each active project in your list, read the open RFIs, submittals, change events and commitments from the project system. Flag items that are overdue, waiting on another party or likely to affect the programme, and group them by owner. Compare with last week's digest and say what is new, what closed and what got worse. Keep the digest to one page per project, cite the record number for every item, and never change anything in the project system.
Skills
- risk-digest-format: risk rules, grouping and one-page layout (SKILL.md)
Tools
- list_project_items (REST tool, your project management system API, read-only)
- Company Search (native tool, over Spaces)
Knowledge (Spaces)
- Project contracts and programmes (Space, folder per project)
- Previous digests (Space)
Needs a person’s approval
- None: the agent only reads and reports
What this agent does
On a large project, the warning signs are spread across hundreds of RFIs, submittals and commitments. By the time someone notices that a critical submittal has been waiting three weeks, the programme has already slipped.
The agent runs on a schedule, reads the project system and gives each project manager a one-page digest of what needs attention, with the record numbers.
