Terms of Service
The deal, in plain language.
Effective 17 October 2026 · Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and of Sigma, and form an agreement between you, or the organisation you act for, and Sigma AI FZE ("Sigma AI", "we", "us"). By accepting an invitation, creating or using an account, or using the website, you agree to them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it. Enterprise, on-premise and government deployments are also governed by their signed agreements, which prevail where they differ.
The service
Sigma is an enterprise AI platform for building, approving, running and governing AI agents connected to your systems: a web application, APIs and the agents built on it. Features are provided as they exist at the time; we improve them continuously and may change or retire parts of the service. Items we describe as on our roadmap are plans, not commitments.
Your content is yours
You and your organisation own the content you put into Sigma and the output your agents produce. We take only the limited licence needed to store, display and process that content to run the service for you. We act as your organisation's processor, we never train AI models on your content, and on request we export it for you, with no exit fee.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep passwords and API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under your account, its API keys and its service accounts. Do not use Sigma to:
- break the law, or store or share content you have no right to use;
- infringe anyone's rights, or process personal data without a lawful basis;
- build agents that deceive people, or that make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human review;
- probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to Sigma, other customers' data, or any system you are not authorised to connect;
- break the usage policies of the model providers your agents use;
- resell, copy or bulk-extract the service itself (exporting your own content is always allowed).
We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or other people at risk, and will warn you first where practical.
Your agents and connected systems
You decide what your agents can reach and do: the systems and credentials you connect, who can use each agent, and which actions wait for a person's approval. You are responsible for the agents you publish and the actions you approve. Before connecting a system, make sure you are authorised to do so and that it is allowed under that system's own terms and licences. The model providers, search index and other third-party services your deployment uses are contracted and paid for by your organisation under its own agreements with them; Sigma AI is not responsible for those services.
Plans and fees
Free accounts are by invitation and free of charge. They are meant for evaluating Sigma and piloting real use cases; their limits are shared with the invitation and may change, and they come without a service-level commitment. Enterprise fees, what they include, the billing period and how they are paid are set out in your proposal or order. Fees exclude taxes such as UAE VAT, which we add where they apply. We may change prices for future periods with notice, never for a period already paid.
Data protection
Our Privacy Policy describes what we process and why. Where we process personal data on your organisation's behalf, we do so on its instructions under a data processing agreement, which we sign on request for procurement or due diligence. If you put personal data about other people into Sigma, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and for giving them the notices they are owed.
AI output
Agents produce drafts, answers and suggested actions using AI models. They are strong drafts, not guaranteed facts, even when they cite a source; review anything that will carry formal or legal weight before relying on it or sending it. Nothing Sigma produces is legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Sigma at any time and ask us to delete your account and its content. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a security risk, unpaid fees or a legal requirement, and we may end free accounts; where practical we give notice and a reasonable chance to export your content first.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent the law permits, Sigma AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You will indemnify Sigma AI against third-party claims arising from your content, your agents and the actions you approve, the systems you connect, or your breach of these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law where you are gives you additional protections.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Sigma evolves. Material changes are published here with a new date, and we tell account administrators before they take effect. Continuing to use Sigma after a change means you accept the updated terms.
